570 Megapixel camera resolution

Nokia PureView may just have the biggest sensor with 41MP camera phone. But wait, did you ever heard the Dark Energy Camera? This camera is not the size of a mobile phone that you can put in your Pocket, but the amazing thing is this camera has a resolution of up to 570 megapixels that can not be defeated by any camera in the World.

Dark Energy Camera was introduced on 17 September 2012. The camera was developed for 8 years, has a height of 5 feet and weighs 4 tons. The task of the Dark Energy Camera is to unlock the secrets of dark energy of our universe. Dark Energy Camera developed by researchers at the U.S. Department of Energy, Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory in Batavia, Illinois. Here's how they built it.

Dark Energy Camera assembled combination of 62 devices that serve to absorb millions of years to travel light. Dark Energy Camera is used by scientists and researchers to uncover the mystery of Astrophysics. This is the first image that was captured by the Dark Energy Camera.

The camera is mounted on the telescope M. Victor Blanco at the National Science Foundation's Cerro Tololo Inter-American Observatory in Chile, which is a branch of the southern region of the U.S. National Optical Astronomy Observatory (NOAO).

Dark Energy Camera claimed to see the light of more than 100,000 galaxies up to 8 billion light years away on every shot. It also allows scientists from around the world to conduct investigations ranging from the study of asteroids in our solar system to understand the origin and fate of the universe.
